How to Apply

List of the Documents to be Attached with the Admission Form

  1. Self- attested Photo copy of the Mark sheet of the last qualifying examination.

  2. Original Character Certificate issued by the Principal of the institution last attended (only for new students).

  3. Original Transfer Certificate issued by the Principal of the institution last attended (only for new).

  4. Original Migration Certificate.

  5. Five copies of recent pass port size colour photographs.

  6. Self-attested Photo copy of the Aadhar Card.

  7. Self-attested Photo copy of the Caste Certificate.

  8. Self-attested Photo copy of the Domicile Certificate.

Admission After A Gap

  1. Those candidates having a gap in studies for more than two year after passing the qualifying examinations will not
    be given admission. This is not applicable for female candidate.

  2. An academic session will not be considered as a gap year during which the candidate has been a regular student of
    any educational institution and appeared in any university examination.

Admission of the Failed Candidate

  1. A regular student of previous session, who fails / does not appear in the Exam / does not fill the university application
    form, shall not be all owed readmission in the same class a regular candidate. Re admission in class already passed will not be all owed for the improvement of marks.

Admission of the Candidate with Due Paper/Supplementary in the
Qualifying Examination

  1. The candidates appearing for supplementary examination or whose papers are due, are eligible to take admission
    in the next class till the last date of admission. The admission will not be granted after last date even if they pass
    the supplementary examination.

  2. The admission of the candidates who fail in the supplementary examination/due papers after taking admission
    shall automatically be cancelled and fee will not be refunded.

Admission of the Failed Candidate

The Principal can reject the admission on the following grounds:

  1. If the candidate has knowingly hidden any fact in the application form or has produced false information/
    document.

  2. If the candidate has not deposited the application form till the last date of submission or has deposited
    incomplete form.

  3. If the candidate has not deposited the fee till the time and the date decided for deposition of fee.

  4. If the candidate has used unfair means like bribe or threat for seeking admission in the college.

  5. If the admission is not according to the latest rules of M.G.S. University, Bikaner.

  6. If the candidate has been found guilty of grave misconduct in the previous year or during university examination.

  7. If the candidate has been held guilty for misbehaving with faculty members or has criminal record
